๐Ÿค Remember

There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Whether you choose counseling, a support group, faith, close friends, or quiet reflection, you deserve compassion and support. Healing doesn't mean forgettingโ€”it means learning to carry love forward while honoring the life that changed you forever.

If you're experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or feel you're in immediate crisis, call 911 or your local emergency services, or seek immediate help from a trusted healthcare professional or crisis service.
